DOES SOMETHING IN YOUR BUSINESS
FEEL HARDER THAN IT SHOULD?

You know there are things that could run better, but when you’re inside the business every day, it can be hard to see exactly where the problem starts.

Maybe customers are getting confused.
Maybe too much is manual.
Maybe your systems don’t work together.
Maybe you simply have too many things competing for your attention.

You don’t need another random tool or another item on your to-do list.

You need to know what’s actually causing the friction and what to fix first.

HOW I BECAME
THE PERSON WHO FIXES
THE MESSY STUFF

After years working behind the scenes of a growing 7-figure equine business, I became the person responsible for figuring out what happened when something stopped working.

Customer journeys. Automations. Billing. Memberships. Shopify. Email. Workflows. Support. Launches.

The more problems I solved, the more I realized that most business owners don’t need more technology.

They need someone who can see how all the pieces should work together.

THAT’S WHAT THIS AUDIT IS BUILT TO DO.

BECAUSE THE REAL PROBLEM ISN’T ALWAYS OBVIOUS

  • THE SYMPTOM

You keep fixing the same issue, answering the same question, or doing the same task manually.

  • THE ROOT CAUSE

The real problem may be somewhere earlier in your customer journey, workflow, or tech stack.

  • THE PRIORITY

We figure out what matters, what can wait, and where your time or money will make the biggest difference.

CAN YOU RELATE?

Everything Feels Patched Together

Your systems technically work, but only because you have learned how to work around all the places where they do not.

Maybe one platform handles payments, another handles email, another manages customers, and a spreadsheet is filling in the gaps between them. You have duplicate information in different places, manual steps that were supposed to be temporary, and processes that made sense when the business was smaller but now take far too much time to maintain.

Nothing feels completely broken, which makes it easy to keep putting off fixing it. But every extra click, workaround, copy-and-paste, and “I just do it this way because that’s how I’ve always done it” adds friction.

Eventually, the backend becomes something you have to constantly babysit instead of something that supports the business.

You should not have to hold a fragile collection of systems together just to get through the day.

Too Much Depends On You

You are the one who remembers what happens next.

You know which customer needs a follow-up, which payment needs to be checked, what has to happen when someone joins, where a particular document lives, which team member needs an update, and which little step gets missed if you do not personally think about it.

The business may have systems, but too many of those systems still depend on your memory to actually work.

That means you are carrying an enormous amount of invisible mental load all day long. Even when you are not physically working, part of your brain is still running through the list.

Did that email go out?
Did they get access?
Did someone follow up?
Did I ever fix that issue?
What am I forgetting?

The problem is not that you need to become better at remembering everything.

The business needs systems that remember for you.

You Don't Know What To Fix First

You probably already know there are plenty of things that could be better.

Your website needs attention. Your emails could be improved. Your automations are incomplete. Your customer journey feels clunky. You want to launch something new. There is a platform you are paying for but barely using. You have processes you know should be documented and a running list of projects you keep promising yourself you will get to “when things calm down.”

But things never really calm down.

So you bounce between whatever feels most urgent that day.

You fix the broken link. Answer the customer email. Try a new app. Start rebuilding a workflow. Watch a tutorial. Add something else to your list.

The result is a lot of motion without a clear sense of whether you are actually solving the right problems.

And every decision comes with the same question:

“Is this really what I should be working on right now?”
