The Equine Business Systems Audit is a personalized deep dive into how your business currently operates, where things are getting stuck, and what would make the biggest difference moving forward.

We will spend up to 2 hours together walking through your business, your customer experience, your systems, your technology, and the areas that feel messy, frustrating, or inefficient.

You do not need to know exactly what is wrong before we start.

What We’ll Review

Customer Journey

We will look at what happens from the moment someone discovers your business through purchase, onboarding, fulfillment, and ongoing communication.

The goal is to identify gaps, friction points, confusing steps, and opportunities to create a smoother experience for both you and your customers.

Tech Stack & Automations

We will review the platforms and tools you are currently using, how they work together, and where technology could be saving you more time.

This may include things like your website, Shopify, email marketing, CRM, payment systems, memberships, forms, automations, integrations, scheduling tools, and other software you rely on.

Onboarding, Fulfillment & Support

We will look at what happens after someone says yes.

How do they receive what they purchased? What communication do they get? What happens when they have questions? What are you doing manually that could be streamlined?

We will identify ways to make these processes more organized, consistent, and easier to manage.

After your audit, you will receive a clear, prioritized action plan based specifically on your business.

This includes:

1. Book your audit.
After purchasing, you will receive instructions for scheduling your session and sharing a little information about your business beforehand.

2. We spend up to 2 hours together.
We will walk through your business, talk through your current systems, identify problems, and dig into the areas where you need the most help.

3. I create your action plan.
You will receive a prioritized roadmap outlining what I recommend changing, improving, simplifying, or implementing.

4. Decide what happens next.
You can take the plan and run with it yourself, or if you would rather have help implementing the recommendations, we can talk about that too.
